Session: One World? Carbon Emissions from Aviation

Graham Stuart is a partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP and is the European regional head of the firm's market-leading Global Climate Change and Emissions Trading practice. Graham advises multinational and domestic compliance buyers, carbon funds, investment banks and carbon aggregators on international climate change law, the EU Emissions Trading System, emission reduction projects under the Kyoto Protocol's project mechanisms and in the voluntary sector, secondary market trading operations, carbon M&A and structured carbon transactions. He writes and presents regularly on various aspects of climate change law and greenhouse gas emissions trading, and chairs the Aviation and Maritime Working Group of the Carbon Markets and Investors Association.
