Tim joined CEN after serving as Deputy Legislative Director for the League of Conservation Voters. He brings ten years of experience in environmental policy and advocacy, including work at the local, state, and federal levels, as well as experience working with government agencies. He has particular expertise in energy policy, including global warming, clean energy, and energy efficiency, as well as traditional forms of electricity generation such as coal, natural gas, and nuclear power. Tim has a deep understanding of the federal legislative process and numerous relationships both on Capitol Hill and in key regions across the country.
